A product studio for spaces that care about details.

Penta is a design-led hospitality product and sourcing studio working from Dubai and Los Angeles. We design, customize, source, and coordinate the physical details of hospitality environments: soft goods, branded amenities, merchandise, guestroom accessories, restaurant textiles, and operational objects.

The idea

Objects communicate as much as architecture.

A strong interior concept can be weakened at the detail level: generic products disconnected from the brand, beautiful specifications that are operationally impractical, custom development fragmented across many suppliers.

Penta sits between vision and execution. We connect story, design, sourcing, production, and presentation in one process, working at the intersection of hospitality, interiors, product design, fashion, and brand expression.

The studio's background spans interior architecture and design, hospitality project delivery, FF&E and OS&E coordination, luxury branding, textile design, product development, and vendor coordination.

Principles.

Consultative, not catalog-first

We diagnose the project before recommending products. The right entry point differs for an opening, a refresh, and a rebrand.

Sampled before sold

Guestroom soft goods are physically sampled. The rest of the collection is ready to order and deliver, with project samples arranged when needed.

Built for operations

Hospitality products live hard lives. We design for durability, cleaning, replacement cycles, and staff workflows, not just the photo.
